Acid reflux is low stomach acid so best to take a little apple cider vinegar before meals. If you want a long healthy life keep away from doctors. 🙏🏼

I found out finally that I have H Pylori (confirmed through endoscopy of stomach). I had GERD and LPR. The whole Apple Cider Vinegar did the trick but this bacteria is my root cause it seems

so taking HCL pills alone won’t solve low stomach acid? wouldn’t higher acidity kill off any bad bacteria or a overgrowth of yeast? Genuinely curious. I’m suffering from GERD and meds made me worse!!!
