supplements won't do anything, eating enough calories/protein, drinking enough water/ keeping hydrated and getting enough rest will actually help!🫶🏻 also supply and demand

Lady’s please remember. Your baby drinking 4-6oz of milk at a time is more than enough. We tend to over feed our baby’s bottle form due to 8 oz bottles. If u are making 4-6oz ur are ok! Do ur research
