I loved Korra. I thought the journey from “I’m the best around” to “I’m ok I guess” to “I’m the worst ever” to “I’m doing my best and that’s what matters” was an amazing arc.

God, talking Nickelodeon and how they're a bunch of dickbags reminds me how they basically killed Invader Zim as it was going, despite the fact they wanted the show in the 1st place.

And they're still trying to kill anything Avatar related even now. Seven Havens is only getting 2 seasons, 13 episodes each. This is a story that could easily do numbers with 24 episode seasons.

I loved Korra because the problems presented were never straightforward. Yes there was one Big Bad but the problems they presented were legit. But the sabotage didn't allow too much depth to them

overhated? no. you can acknowledge the context behind the show and still judge the show. That said, those who hate the show solely because the protag is a POC and Bi have no argument

As a kid I hated the show, not but it wasn't cause it was bad, but because it was impossible to watch. Nicktoons would marathon ATLA, but I'd never see a Korra episode until each season finale.

Agree! Korra is overly hated. I will admit though. I was more interested in the adult side characters like Lin, Tenzin, Kya, and Bumi. I’m curious to see where they take it with the next avatar.

Also, people who call Korra the "worst Avatar" only do that because they don't know about how inhumanly hard Avatar Szeto shat the bed. It took FIVE subsequent Avatars to fully clean up his mess.

It wasn't until last year that I finally saw all of Korra after dropping off halfway in S2 when it was airing. I swear, I thought Korra and Asami were gonna kiss based on all the fan hype I had seen.
