@jujumaoo: KARIbonara 🍝 If you are a person who enjoys their spice, or just bold, unique and tasty flavors I’d highly suggest trying out these Maggi Kari Noodles! Finally tried it for the first time and I can say it didn’t disappoint. I’ll be stocking up on this, indefinitely.  But of course we gotta make our own twist on this, by combining elements of traditional carbonara with Kari and it worked!! Luckily, they currently have an online exclusive promo ‘save php 20 budol deals’ so you can try these noodles or even this combo at a decent discount!  Ingredients: - 1-3 egg yolks - ⁠thick cut bacon or guanciale (depending on availability), sliced into cubes - ⁠1/2 cup parmesan cheese ⁠- pepper to taste - 3-4 packs of Maggi Kari Noodles  Instructions:  - First start by boiling your Kari Noodles, and setting aside your flavor packets for later - In a hot pan, fry up some guanciale or whatever bacon you can find, and fish out the bacon bits, and save the oil for later. - In a separate bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, egg yolks, maggi kari flavor packets, pepper and some of the guanciale or bacon oil and whisk together.  - Place the cooked noodles inside and top it off with the guanciale, and mix until combined evenly.
