I’ve had both prebuilt and built my own, sticking to prebuilt purely because it’s way cheaper for me, idk if that’s just Australia but most of the time I can save anywhere from 100-1000 ish by going prebuilt

when i bought my prebuilt back in 21 I couldn't find any 3080s, but walked into bestbuy came out with a prebuilt ryzen 7 5800x/3080ti for only 1200$ still have it to this day and I've gamed on it hard

just pick out your specs, go to a locally run pc store and ask them to build it for you! there is a guy in our area that built my pc for like $200 cheaper than buying online/from a corporate store

bought a pre-built for $1200 and talked to the technician there and told me that it was amazing. Next thing I knew my CPU was a last generation and my GPU only had 4 GB of VRAM with 8gb DDR4 ram
