RICEBOWL CHICKEN KATSU Bahan-bahan: - Chicken Katsu: - Dada ayam fillet (jumlah sesuai selera) - Tepung terigu - Tepung roti panko - Telur, kocok lepas - Garam dan merica secukupnya - Minyak goreng - Saus Katsu: - Saus tomat - Madu - Kecap asin - Air - Tepung maizena (untuk mengentalkan) - Bahan Pelengkap: - Nasi putih - tumis sayur buncis wortel Cara Membuat: 1. Membuat Chicken Katsu: Potong dada ayam menjadi beberapa bagian tipis. Bumbui dengan garam dan merica. Celupkan ayam ke dalam tepung terigu, lalu telur, kemudian tepung roti panko. Goreng hingga kecokelatan dan matang . 2. Membuat Saus Katsu: Campur semua bahan saus dalam panci kecil. Masak di atas api sedang sambil diaduk hingga mendidih dan mengental . 3. Merangkai Rice Bowl: Siapkan mangkuk. Tata nasi putih di dasar mangkuk. Letakkan chicken katsu di atas nasi.
