@tylerpath: If you are forced to do overhead dumbbell extension due to lack of equipment availability, I’d opt to perform them unilaterally. This way, you’re able to brace with your resting arm and generally can get a better range of motion doing so. #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding
