I make this all the time, I didn’t know this was an actual „recipe“. Identical to yours, but I add a bit of chili and lemon and sometimes finely chopped tomatoes instead of paste.

Chef, I tried the recipe up to the addition of smoked salmon… but I kept eating the salmon… boom, no salmon left for the recipe but it was quick & easy & simple. 8oz of smoked salmon gone. 😳
