I think it helps for weight loss if you are possibly an emotional eater? This makes me very calm! And when I am calm/not anxious, I don’t eat or crave junk food and make better dietary decisions. I am definitely an emotional eater and even just in the first couple of days using this, my food decisions are much smarter.

I just started the packets - I mix it with emergen-c and collagen powder in the morning. My problem is that it’s so damn sweet with the stevia! I wish there was a less sweet or unflavored version. It’s mouth puckering artificially sweet Not sure I can stick with it… even though the results are noticeable. I love the results just not the super sweetness!
