My personal observation is NATO all but counted the US as not there . My prediction all the US basses in Western Europe will be void of all US troops and most NATO countries will have increased military spending and troop size will increase two fold .I only hope Australian makes the same moves to drop all US involvement in our region. If Europe it to fare away then Australian is on another planet.

Nato is a come-as-you-are army, i.e. can only fight quick wars. No logistics nor military industry to sustain a major war. Russia can fight forever and thus would win.
