Two different exercises. First strongman lifting, second mobility excercise alot of core works there. It so freaking hard to hold abs and glutes contracted in one time pushing heavy wieight.

Trust me, pick a weight you can do for 8-10 reps and explode up using only the arms then hold for 3 seconds. The pump and growth is crazy
