it all depends on the kind of weather you get and how much IV seen 6 to 8 feet of snow completely crush roofs and and crack concrete but your weather probably isn't that bad so it's probably fine lol

I don’t know what type of structural engineer he is, but it looks like residential you built an overgrown sidewalk over your room. You should have two mats of rebar and 90° dowels drilled into the foundation walls, tying in the top mat, just speaking from a civil engineer for 30 years, I’ve only been building bridges and tunnels. Just my advice you went through all that work.
