Thank you for this video. I work for an elderly couple and he always asked for over easy eggs and every time it is a nightmare lol I don’t like eggs so I don’t know how to cook them but thanks to you. I do now.

This is exactly what I do. sometimes the whites bubble because of the steam but that doesn't bother me. I just leave it in until the whites over the yolk are done and then bam. Perfect liquid yolk.
