@themindfulmocktail: A classic Blue Hawaiian mocktail with a nourishing twist 💙🩵 Nourishing ▪️ 1/4 teaspoon blue spirulina powder ▪️ 1-2 teaspoons hot water ▪️ 1 oz (30 ml) lime juice ▪️ 2 oz (60 ml) pineapple juice ▪️ 2 oz (60 ml) coconut water ▪️ 1 tablespoon coconut milk ▪️ Optional: 1 oz (30 ml) non-alcoholic rum Place the blue spirulina and hot water in a small bowl and stir to combine. Leave to cool for a few minutes then add it to a shaker with the remaining ingredients and some ice. Shake for around 15 seconds to combine, then strain over fresh ice and garnish with fruit and/edible flowers. The Classic (sort of) ▪️ 1/2 oz (15 ml) blue curaçao syrup ▪️ 1 oz (30 ml) lime juice ▪️ 2 oz (60 ml) pineapple juice ▪️ 2 oz (60 ml) coconut water ▪️ 1 tablespoon coconut milk or cream of coconut ▪️ Optional: 1 oz (30 ml) non-alcoholic rum Add all ingredients to a shaker with some ice.
