One of my most unforgettable memories is my father coming home from work with Turkish Pide bread (Ramadan Pidesi) right before iftar (the hour when the fast is broken). When the smell of delicious food cooked at home and the smell of pide bread mixed together, those few minutes we waited for iftar would seem endless. To continue every Ramadan tradition, just like my father does, I cook Ramadan pide bread at home and bring it to the table wrapped in newspaper, to continue the tradition...You can find the recipe in my cookbook.
