My one heatstroke experience was wild. I was staying at a motel in rural Northland NZ in the peak of our summer in January, All I wanted to do was jump on the trampoline. Even after having to go inside because of the blinding headache I had and being very weak, and having the local doctor called from his home on a Saturday afternoon to make sure I didn't need to go to hospital... i just really strongly wanted to jump on the trampoline. I realise now it was delirium and I was in fact in very real danger. 😅

I had always though I’d had gotten heat stroke when I was a kid in sports but she I was pregnant I spent two days in 87+ weather and I ended up tripping into a tv and almost fainting. I drank plenty of water but forgot electrolytes and yep.

I was marching at the 4th of July parade and I got heat stroke I drove home (in hindsight that was a really bad idea) next thing i know i woke up on my kitchen floor right next to the air vent. I slept through my shift too
