Every morning I’ve been blowing dried blood out of my nose. I’m like am I sleeping fighting!? Is this where all my bruises come from? I now have two humidifiers going. I hope it helps.

1. ever broken your nose/have a deviated septum? that's why it's the one nostril 2. sinus rinse!!!! 3. Vaseline around nostrils. helps the dried skin that's cracking/causing the bleed 4. humidifier

I agree with the other comment about a humidifier. I’m a nurse and learned that if you can’t stop the nose bleed, use Afrin. Use this only if you can’t get the nose bleed to stop.
