The sheet thing is specific to certain hotels. That’s not how we make our beds at home. The colors in snacks is overuse of artificial color. Most of us don’t like it either (1)

The food. I like the food in the US because I grew up with it but when I took me kids (born and raised in Europe) they said everything tasted funny … like candy, they said.

The bright colors are all additives that are typically not allowed in the EU 🥲 the most shocking color to me is iHOP scrambled eggs. They are usually neon yellow!

Wait, I’m confused by what you mean with the sheets. Ive never seen that before. The norm is the fitted sheet, then top sheet, then the covered duvet. Ive never seen a sheet on top of a duvet
