My husband said he yells because that’s the only was to get his point across bc I don’t listen. The truth is I do listen but imma do what I want regardless. Raising your voice puts women in fight or flight and they can’t biologically hear you bc she feels unsafe

I’m learning , but when I get mad I get mad and I start yelling to get to the point , I want to stop and my dad told me times to times , to just walk away before I get there , can someone help me , I just want to be a better husband , I run to my dad for help only becuaee I’m young husband and dad I’m 27 , I go to my dad and say hey dad she say this she did this what do I do , and I feel like as my dad been married 28 years he can help me to be better

It is just fine to raise your voice, men, don’t fold your feeling inward because of someone that needs work on emotional strength. Be respectful, speak logically and factually, love is tough sometimes
