Seed imo because the story is very simple and linear. Another good start is 00. I would never recommend Wing as an entry point. Imo, it's a little bit more complex than the above-mentioned ones.

i tell peoole to watch iron blooded orphans cause its new enough and shows the vibe, if they like that then watch the 3 netflix movies for main lore then watch whatever

I think Gundam 00 is a great first Gundam. It has all the traditional Gundam tropes but is newer, only had 2 seasons. I do wish they would just animate all of Gundam Origins.

If you have to ask, you’re not going to like it. Gundam wing is more soft, brotherly and has a love story for beginners

Honestly, my reintroduction to the series was through F91 and I think that works provided you're aware that you are watching a 50 ep series condenced into a 2 hour movie with severe pacing issues. But if F91 doesn't put you off, go crazy from there, the movie gives you the basics on what to expect from Gundam
