@paula.singeleuk: COOKIES 🍪/ Ingredients: - 100 gr of dark brown sugar - 225gr unsalted butter , room temperature - 50 gr of white sugar - 50 gr of brown sugar - 2 eggs - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract - 313 gr all-purpose flour - 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder - 1 teaspoon baking soda - 1 teaspoon cornstarch - Pinch of salt - 100 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips - 100 gr dark chocolate chips or chunks Beat the butter together with the sugar until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla. Beat again. Next, add the dry ingredients and mix until fully incorporated. Finally, add the chocolate. Form balls of approximately 70g. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 12-15 minutes. The edges should be golden. Let them rest on the baking tray for about 5 minutes before removing.
