Bei Panikattacken hilft auch den Kopf abzulenken, ich zähle zum Beispiel immer von 5 runter, und suche bei jeder Zahl Sachen/Gegenstände. also zb 5 blaue Sachen, 4 Möbel, 3 Klamotten etc.

Probier zuerst Magnesium, es sorgt dafür, dass das Nervensystem richtig funktioniert. Nehme ich immer, wenn ich PA kriege. Und dann natürlich Stress und Druck von außen reduzieren und richtiges Atmen.
