@tondaninelufule: THE SPONGE 6 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1 1/4 cup white sugar 1 tsp cream of tartar 1 tsp vanilla essence 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup of oil 2 tsp of baking powder 1 1/2 cup of flour MILK TART 3 cups of milk 4 egg yolks 6 tbsp sugar 8 tbsp flour 2 tbsp vanilla MILK TART FORESTING 250 whipping cream 1 cup icing sugar Half of the milk tart ⬆️ 3 tsp of cinnamon METHOD OF THE SPONGE • Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius • Mix all your dry ingredients excluding the cream of tartar and sift them and set them aside • In another blow mix in your milk and oil • Then in your stand mixer or a bowl separate your eggs then start by beating your egg white with the cream of tartar then gradually add your sugar and let your egg get to Stiff peaks • Then add your yolk and mix in with a spatula then fold in your dry ingredients and the wet ingredients then divide your mixture into your pans and bake at 150 degree Celsius for 20-25 minutes MILK TART METHOD 1) add all your ingredients into a pot the let it simmer on medium heat while mixing to avoid having lumps for 10-15 minutes 2) When it’s ready remove it a pour it into a blow and let it cool in the fridge MILK TART METHOD Whip up your cream with icing sugar then add your milk tart (half ) and the cinnamon ASSUMING THE CAKE You start with a little of the milk tart foresting then put your cake then add the milk tart foresting the add your milk tart and add cinnamon and repeat the same step until your are done and use the rest of the milk tart foresting to cover your cake And enjoy 😉
