The PERFECT cookies for Santa😍 crispy edges, a chewy center & filled with chocolate😋 RECIPE: 1 stick melted @KerrygoldUSA brown butter  Add your stick of butter to a pot on medium heat and let it cook for 7-8 minutes until bubbles begin to form and the color begins to darken and then turn to low heat, mixing continuously until the butter turns to a rich brown color. Set aside to cool. (I put mine in the fridge to chill faster but you can leave it out on the counter for about 30-40 minutes) Add your cooled brown butter to a bowl along with: 1/2 cup white sugar  1/2 cup brown sugar (I used dark) Mix until it forms a wet sand like texture. 1 egg and 1 egg yolk ROOM TEMPERATURE  1 tbsp vanilla extract or bean paste  Pinch of salt  Mix until smooth  2 tbsp milk of choice (I used @Chobani extra creamy oat) ROOM TEMPERATURE  Mix again until smooth  Sift 1 and 3/4 cups of all purpose flour and 1 tsp of cornstarch and baking soda. Add to your wet batter and fold in until almost all of your flour is incorporated and then add 1 cup chocolate or chocolate chips of your choice (I used @Ghirardelli Chocolate Company) & then fold in completey.  Scoop onto a parchment paper, I used a medium sized cookie scoop and place into the freezer OVERNIGHT. I made 12 medium sized cookies.  Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake on the BOTTOM RACK for 12 minutes, remove from the oven and bang on the counter 1-2 times and then place them back in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden. Remove and bang on the counter 1 more time and add additional chocolate/chocolate chips on top while hot.
