Buffalo Chicken Cheesy Sub 😍
 When only something hot, cheesy, and loaded will hit the spot, this sub delivers 😮‍💨 Thinly sliced chicken fried with onions and peppers, tossed in Buffalo sauce, then stacked on a toasted sub roll with melty cheese and a drizzle of ranch 🤭 ‼️ PS: Want more low-cal bangers like this? ½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic granules
1 green pepper thinly sliced 
1 onion thinly sliced
2 sub rolls (I used the cheese and herb ones from tesco)
10g reduced fat butter 
40ml buffalo sauce (I use Frank’s) 
2 mozzarella cheese slices (can sub for reduced fat cheese) 
30g ranch dressing (use less and mix with yoghurt for lower cal/ fat)  💕Start by seasoning the chicken all over with the smoked paprika and garlic granules. 💕Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and fry for 4-5 minutes until almost cooked then add the onion and pepper for a further few minutes until the chicken is cooked throughout.  💕Meanwhile, lightly toast the sub rolls under the grill.  💕Add the butter to the pan. Once melted, pour in the sauce and toss to combine. Remove from heat.  💕Top one half of the sub roll with the chicken and veggie mix.
