This is really hard to describe in a comment. But it’s threaded wrong. The blue thread on your guide needs to go underneath the other top lever at the final step

In all honesty I had this machine and it was GOD awful. Definitely suggest watching yt videos of threading it but tbh it’s a nightmare. (It could also need to be maintenanced)

okay for this specific machine you have to thread in a specific order, from left to right (say the most left is 1 and the most right is 4) you thread it 3,4,2,1 if that makes sense

I have this same one and it's annoying to thread! There's some great videos on YouTube that show you step by step how to thread it. Once you get it threaded properly you're going to love using it!

With sergers each thread style has a different threading setting. I would look at the machine manual to see what stitch you’re trying to achieve

Astro has it right. The machine is fine, the threads have to be done in a specific order or it won't work. I have a Brother as well and labelled mine in the order it has to be threaded with a marker.

You need to rethread it , pay attention to the order theres usually little number it’s really important when threading the machine

This machine is on YouTube. It has to be threatened in the perfect order. Would set tension to medium and adjust after you sew. Can also adjust to a no cut mode 💜.

tension is a little to loose. if the dials you are using right now are the only ones that work then the thread is probably to thin which causes the inability to have it at a higher tension :)

#4 thread goes under #3 looper. You have it going over it. I had this machine. I had to thread it 4321. Set the tensions to 4s to start and adjust from there.
