Most people are speaking in the written language which makes them harder to connect with - you need to learn YOUR spoken language and learn how to type in the spoken language. So when it comes time to rehearse, you speak more naturally rather than it sounding like reading off a script. This doesn't just apply to creating content but also to presenting on stage or in a meeting. People fall asleep and disconnect when you sound like you're reading off a script.
