I cut out processed sugar and the only sugar I eat is from fruit and the only carbs I eat are from brown rice and wheat , I have a cheat meal on fridays but I only eat once that whole day:’)

This is kind of what I am doing but making substitutions like creamed cottage cheese vs heavy cream for pasta sauce. Adding in lots of extra veggies for volume. Creamed Cottage cheese is a lifesaver

Only thing is that it adds up so quick at the end of the day if you even make it to the end. If I were to eat what I want even at the serving size I'd be over by the afternoon.

Yeah, but is that really helping with nutrition and getting healthy? You still need to eat veggies and fruits and limit saturated fats to help keep cholesterol and blood pressure down
