I work at HUD - not probationary but our union was notified that they’re RIF’ing almost an entire department so far (FPM - me included 🥲) I hope probationary employees win and pave a pathway for us!

We just put all 13 of our probationary employees on admin leave (3 weeks) until they are fired. We work for a DoD agency so the SecDef must be moving forward w firing probationary employees.
