We all have goals or an idea of the type of person we’d like to become, but most people will simply stop there. As people, we tend to stick to what we know because it’s comfortable. Growth doesn’t come from comfort; growth comes from making sacrifices and challenging your comfort zones. Choosing to change your diet, start training in the gym, cut out alcohol, or make a sacrifice as simple as waking up earlier in the morning forces you out of your comfort zone and will ultimately bring you one step closer to reaching your goals.
