Steak Parmesan Sandwich made with Buttery Garlic Bread🥩🥖 #Recipe #sandwich #steak #FoodTok Start out by getting some thinly sliced Top Sirloin. Then add Flour to one plate, and in another plate add 1 part Italian Breadcrumbs and 1 part grated Parmesan. Season both generously, (today I’m using granulated garlic and a couple of all purpose seasonings, but you can really use whatever you want.) Then dip your steak into the flour, then into some whisked eggs, and then pack on the breadcrumbs. Fry it in about 1 inch of high heat oil (heated to about 320 degrees) until it’s golden brown, letting it rest on a cooling rack. Then melt some butter, and season it with: -dry oregano -granulated garlic -grated Parmesan -and salt & pepper Then get your favorite sturdy sandwich bread, (I love using Cuban Bread) and cut it into the size of your steak. Add it to a large sheet of foil, and coat the inside and outside of the bread with the garlic butter. Then assemble your sandwich, starting with: -a layer or your favorite Marinara sauce (on the bottom piece of bread) -shredded Mozzarella cheese -your steak -more Mozzarella -some fresh Basil Then coat the top piece of bread with more Marinara, and some grated Parmesan. Wrap your sandwich tightly in the foil, and warm it in the oven at about 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Enjoy💜 - @eatwithalyssa
