70 at 5 and then highest setting on 11 or 12. Works best for me getting around 8-14oz each pump every 5-6 hours

Someone told me this and it really works! So do the 70/50 rotation as normal but for the last 5 mins go to cycle 38 and up your vacuum level by a couple of levels. Really works!
