I keep telling my trainer I have this and that I’ve done a lot of research that says to avoid planks and he KEEPS having me do them and hold for 1 minute. Idk what to tell him 😭

I have muscle spasms around the abdominal area and I have to be careful working my core, it hurts so much even though it doesn’t last more than 2-3 minutes. I had 2 c-sections, I will try this

so I like that you get right to it..I'm 61..gave birth to 4 kids. no c section..I love a clear video. I will try and change my work out..going to follow you..I ride horses...clean stalls for 11 horses...I weight train...I produce fun videos...only...but subscribe to real ppl...
