Those are the best gyms. I’ve trained at gyms like this all my life. The camaraderie is amazing. Met many friends in these gyms and you get results because everyone is serious, no playing around.

Specialized gyms have some of the nicest people in there. Bodybuilding gym culture is top tier and they are focused and typically don't mess around.
