@tiagothegreatph: Sharing my 10 running drills before I begin my training: 1. 2x8 Lunges 2. 1x16 Hamstrings 3. 2x8 A-Skips 4. 2x8 B-Skips 5. 2x4 C-Skips 6. 2x8 Butt Kicks 7. 2x8 Toe Hops 8. 8x each side “Open The Gate” 9. 12x each side Side Swings 10. 12x each side Front Swings Running drills will not only stretch your muscles, they also greatly help you in improving your running form. Performing these drills will help you avoid injuries as well. Disclaimer: There are a lot of running drill exercises and their variations. There are no correct number and combinations of drills.
