Ingredients : (For an 18 cm pan) 200 g butter (1 stick) 150 g brown sugar (3/4 cup) 1 egg 320 g flour (2 1/2 cups) 1 tsp baking powder 100 g chocolate chips 4-6 tbsp chocolate spread 170°C (340°F) for 30-40 minutes (depends on the oven •1. Prepare the dough Mix 200g butter with 150g brown sugar then add 1 egg. Incorporate 320 g flour and 1tsp of baking powder. Knead with your hands until the dough becomes smooth or use a mixer to make it easier. Add 100 g of chocolate chips •2. Divide the dough into two parts Spread the first part on the bottom of an 18-20cm pan then spread 4 tbsp of chocolate cream on top. Cover with the remaining dough and sprinkle more chocolate chips on top •3.
