I already did recovery without surgery last year and trust me, after 3 months you are able to do almost every daily thing again. Keep the faith 💪

Just had my surgery on March 3rd after tearing my ACL, meniscus and spraining my mcl in December. I’m at 79 degrees as of today, hopefully will be at 90 soon!

I’m 6 months post op. The first 3 weeks are going to be hard but it gets better. Going up the stairs was probably the hardest thing I had to do but it got sooo much easier after a few weeks!!
