Sephora is under Chalhoub in Dubai. Try getting in contact with someone from there and pitch your brand—you could potentially get your brand into other big middle eastern beauty retailers too!

I think sephora has an isle exactly for brand like yours looking to get a shelf, so they put all products from new/small brands there & if they sell well you might get more space!
