I recently had flareup too. The redness + dryness is crazy. I use QV sting-free oitment, then cerave moisturising lotion + vaseline! It really helps and cleared up now. Hope youll get better soon ❤️

been using CeraVe healing ointment on my lids last couple days and it's been helping so much. Just have to keep reapplying to keep the lids moist.

Mine was from MCAS, I only found out from seeing an allergist. My derm was no help- use hydrocortisone 🙄

I have psoriasis and my eyelids are the same. I think it’s allergic contact dermatitis rather than psoriasis as psoriasis is scalier isn’t it, it’s the worst though I feel you 🥺
