That’s a sign of digestive discomfort, she’s throwing her head backwards to try to relieve the reflux and gas. Talk to your doctor

Aww that little cry 😭🥰 As others have said, this looks a lot like Torticollis (very common in babies). It might be that she needs an Osteopath or someone to help release some tension in her neck.
