Good knot but the flurocarbon line make it too bulky to slip through the rod smallest ring . Learn the FG knot be better

Only problem is the tag end of the leader gets caught in the eyelets when reeling. Great joining knot though.

I’d love to see a strength test between number of wraps and their breaking points. I only wrap 3, max 4, and never break. My cousin does 5-7 and his breaks more often on hooksets.

Do you always need a leader when using braid? Or does it depend on what your fishing for?

READ CAPTION FOR DETAILS! If there’s a healthier alternative to anything ima find it! Both honey and pink salt (Himalayan salt) offer benefits when consumed before a workout, primarily due to their ability to provide quick energy, improve hydration, and support electrolyte balance. Benefits of Honey for Preworkout: 1.	Quick Energy Source: Honey is a natural source of simple sugars, mainly glucose and fructose, which are rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream. This provides a quick energy boost, ideal for fueling short, intense workouts. 2.	Sustained Energy: The balance of glucose and fructose in honey ensures that while some energy is available immediately, fructose is absorbed more slowly, providing sustained energy throughout the workout. 3.	Rich in Antioxidants: Honey contains various antioxidants, which can help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress caused by exercise. Benefits of Pink Salt (Himalayan Salt) for Preworkout: 1.	Electrolyte Balance: Pink Himalayan salt contains essential electrolytes like sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium, which are crucial for muscle function, hydration, and preventing cramps during exercise. 2.	Improves Hydration: Consuming pink salt helps the body retain water, improvinlevels. Proper hydration is essential for maintaining endurance and performance during exercise. 3.	Enhances Muscle Contraction: Sodium and potassium in pink salt help regulate muscle contractions. Ensuring optimal levels of these electrolytes before a workout can improve strength and reduce the risk of muscle cramps. 4.	Alkalizing Properties: Pink salt is believed to help balance pH levels in the body, potentially reducing acid buildup during intense exercise, which can delay fatigue. Combining Honey and Pink Salt: When combined, honey provides quick energy, while pink salt supports hydration and electrolyte balance. Together, they offer a powerful pre-workout boost, helping improve endurance, reduce fatigue, and maintain performance during your workout. #fypage #gym #gymgirl #contentcreator #contentmarketing #timeline #workout #gymlifestyle
