It took me reaching partner level at a respected firm to understand (and disagree) why they’re trying to stop all these young kids from having a life. Fight against it guys. It’s just another way of control. I could speak about this for hours. There’s multiple firms who will pay you upwards of $250k+ and bonuses, and they’ll be happy that you have a life outside of work.
