Doc, what are your thoughts on lifting and having an enlarged aorta of 4.5 cm. The rule of thumb I'm using is if I have to grunt, it's too heavy. I get it checked annually. Thoughts?

I'm not saying I agree with everything on this but I see guys working upper body and women working lower. women live longer. Additionally, a broken hip results in blood poisoning. Legs=mobility
