@taylorhatley: breakfast meal prep bowls 🍳 recipe ingredients (I made 4 portions) • 6 eggs • hash browns • cooked chicken breakfast sausage • cottage cheese • cheese (I used cheddar) • salt & pepper instructions: • I use glass containers that are oven safe • grease container • add in 1 serving of hashbrowns to each dish • whisk 6 eggs together & pour equally into containers • add in a large dollop of cottage cheese, mix • salt & pepper to taste • add in toppings - I did cooked chicken breakfast sausage & cheddar cheese • bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes and reheat throughout the week #breakfast #healthyrecipes #EasyRecipe #mealprep #highprotein
