“But what if she regrets it later?” Then that’s a problem for future her, not present her. Regret in medical procedures exists in any type of surgery, even reproduction related surgeries. Why does only the medical procedures involving reproductive organs need to go through so much bureaucracy and even plead to a jury??

I remember how a MALE doctor told my aunt she needed an hysterectomy 'cause had health issues. She said "k, do it" and he said "you need to ask your husband first". I COMPLETELY LOSE MY MIND.

They denied my mother a hysterectomy when she was 32 and already had 3 kids and 3 miscarriages! They found cancer but wanted her to do chemo first instead of a hysterectomy! They denied the surgery

Went to the ER for appendicitis, it was a ruptured cyst & was told there was nothing to be done until I was “old enough to decide on a hysterectomy.” I was 28. I’m a lesbian & have NEVER wanted kids.
