the fact that people still believe judges sway to the mothers side still in this day and age blows me away. judges are definitely not pro mom everywhere. after you have made it through this i hope that you will be a part of the solution for all the other moms in your state facing this. help to change laws or help to get a self help law program in your area

Hair follicle tests use the 1.5 newest growth which will go back 90 days. The lab HAS 2 be very specific if using full length of hair. So why can’t u pass at this point or a few months ago? U should ask the lab for detailed results

Do they not have legal aid in Texas? it helped me a ton I got a lawyer that took care of everything for me for free if your low income or in a abusive situation.

Are there no Volunteer Lawyer Programs in your city? Or Legal Services of (insert state name)? They should be able to refer out to Pro Bono or providers they know that may decrease their consult fees.
