Retinol you will purge Kayleigh you just have to persist.. however I would genuinely look in to diet/allergies.. & also sometimes less is more with skincare! X

Hormones 100% I get them around my chin and they are so sore and itchy. I always feel so dirty. I don’t wear foundation only bronzer so feel like they are always on show 😓

Do you double cleanse?? I find that if I was my skin once it does not get rid of all the dirt/ makeup.. Try not to use harsh products and maybe let your skin breathe from makeup for a while..also,

I can’t recommend going to your gp & asking to get put on roaccutane👏🏼 I had severe pregnancy acne, had people point at me etc it was horrible & although hard going it’s totally worth it! xx

Ahh!! I suffered really bad in the same areas. Tried every cream/ diet/ facials! Turns out when i came off my birth control the acne completely went after a month or so & it never returned xx

I got this when I was using a new hormone pill, I use Epimax to wash my face with as it’s got absolutely nothing in. I had to change my pill and I was taking Lymecycline for 3 months and it helped. Xx

I suffered this terribly. I tried everything from doctors, every skin care going. 2 years ago I started using just dove soap and water and my god my skin is amazing now. No spots at all! Please try xx

Mine was the same a few months ago🥺. Dairy etc is my cause so I stopped dairy & used retinol an it worked great for me!!
