Audi had the green light but he hit the gas pedal and accelerated too fast they might both be at fault. Might say careless driving 😂

Only the one running the red will get charged. The Audi should have still looked and not accelerated like that without even looking but he did have the green light and wasn’t speeding

I always look if nobody is running on the red before crossing on a green lights, specially when it switches..

I see this behaviour all the time now. Some drivers are willing to risk racing through an intersection as the light is changing from Yellow to Red. Sometimes they will even ignore the Red Light
