When I was putting 100% effort in my job I received the worst “opinions” and been left out of tasks on purpose. Now that I’m underperforming I’ve been treated as an equal and recieve good comments.🤷🏻♀️

I did my male manager’s job, plus mine (which was originally two jobs) so well that when he was fired for stealing from the company they didn’t hire a replacement.
