An anxiety attack usually builds up gradually and consists of symptoms like: • Persistent worry or racing thoughts • Muscle tension or restlessness • Difficulty concentrating or sleeping • Feeling of being on edge A panic attack is sudden, extremely intense, and has symptoms like: • Rapid, pounding heartbeat • Feeling of choking or smothering • Sweating or trembling • Fear of losing control or going crazy • Chest pain or tightness • Dizziness or feeling faint Anxiety attacks develop over time and are often tied to ongoing stress or worry, while panic attacks strike unexpectedly and with overwhelming intensity. You might experience an anxiety attack before you have a panic attack for example. Gosh I’m lucky to have only had about 2-3 panic attacks. I wouldn’t wish it on ANYONE. I was screaming so loud that I couldn’t catch a breath. I couldn’t stop screaming. I was crying, my stomach was in a knot, my vision went white. Worst feeling EVER.

I get light headed shaky heart racing feeling like I’m suffocating sometimes. I’m scared I’m going to die. So scared I’m scared to sleep alone in the dark. I sleep mostly during the day for that reason. Some days are really good some are really bad. Is it general anxiety disorder or something else…?

The worse anxiety attack is when it’s built up but it comes suddenly u start thinking abt something ajd then u feel something bad is gonna happen and then tears start coming down and ppl start to ask if ur ok. NO IM NOt OK LEAVE Me ALOnE
